After many wonderful years Chris & Niki have decided it is time to say farewell as the Hoot Lake Triathlon race directors. At this point we do not know if anyone else will be directing the event for 2006, although we have been told the YMCA in Fergus Falls may be picking it up. With the retirement of Chris as Race Director, Pickle Events will also not be working with the Hoot Lake Triathon nor will Hoot Lake Tri be a part of the Tri Minnesota Series in 2006. Another race is expected to take it's place on the Tri MN Series schedule. Look to the Tri MN Series website for updated information regarding the schedule. If you have questions about the future of the Hoot Lake Triathlon you can contact the Fergus Falls YMCA. We look forward to the Hoot Lake Triathlon continuing as an outstanding event for Northwestern Minnesota. COURSE
